What if I don't have a PAN card?

IT is recommend that you get a PAN card ASAP as  it is a important and mandatory document. However Payouts can be released for distributors who have not submitted PAN card copy with following conditions • Distributor Application Forms and relevant identity proof and address proof must. • If PAN card not submitted the tax deductions will be 20% • Against PAN card submission the tax will be 10% • If PAN card submitted later -The deduction of 10% will effective after PAN card received -Taxes deducted earlier at 20% cannot not be reversed -TDS certificate will be issued at the end of the financial year

How can I renew my ID?

Renewal policy for all Distributors enrolled before 31st October 2009 irrespective of the date of activation. 1.    All Active Distributors will get an Auto Renewal plus 5 Lacs Personal Accidental Insurance if they achieve any one of the following: •    1 New Direct active in the month of September Or, •    1 Personal Purchase of 1 AU by 30th September 2010 Or, 2.    Policy Renewal with 2nd Year premium before 30th of September if activation is vide insurance policy.  If no Auto renewal is done than the Distributor has to get himself renewed by paying Rs 1200/-

	How can a person be a part of the Aspire business opportunity?
	A person must be introduced into the Aspire business opportunity by an active Distributor and then register online at www.aspiredirect.com. The sponsoring Distributor shall educate the new Distributor about the Aspire business opportunity.

	How does one start earning income?

	What is Personal Aspire Points (PAP) and how does one earn them?
	Aspire points earned personally by any Distributor are known as Personal Aspire Points. A Distributor can choose to place his / her PAP in either of the sides (left or right). When the sum of PAP / GAP is 1000 Aspire points it would be counted as one Aspire Unit and payout will be released for all eligible up line Distributors.

What is ASPIRE Club Royalty payout a little more?

Once an active Distributor qualifies as an Aspire Icon by having eight consecutive cap-outs and has one Aspire Ace on his left and one Aspire Ace on his right, s/he becomes eligible for the Privilege Club Royalty based on the number of Aspire Icon points for the week. Value of an Aspire Icon point is calculated by the multiplying the number of new A.U’s added in the company in a particular week by 150 R.P. and dividing the value by total number of Aspire icon points for the week. When the value of Aspire Icon Point for the week is multiplied by the total number of Aspire icon points, earned by the Distributor , the value obtained is his/her Privilege Club Royalty for the week.
